PawPledge Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PawPledge (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. What PawPledge Does

PawPledge is a Meowcoin-powered donation-tracking platform that displays community fundraising campaigns for animal welfare initiatives. We do not operate as a brokerage, exchange, investment platform, or money transmitter.

3. Donations and Transparency

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable once confirmed on-chain. Wallet addresses, balances, and campaign progress are publicly viewable. Fiat conversions and outgoing payments to partner shelters are documented once a goal is met.

4. No Financial Advice or Guarantees

PawPledge and the Meowcoin Foundation do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. We make no guarantee as to the market value of Meowcoin (MEWC), potential returns, or future listings. Contributing to a campaign does not create any equity, profit-sharing, or investment relationship.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for sending only supported assets (currently MEWC) to the published wallet addresses and for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Always verify addresses before sending, and safeguard your digital wallets, seed phrases, and private keys.

6. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain accurate, up-to-date campaign data, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free information. PawPledge may modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and design elements on PawPledge are owned by the Meowcoin Foundation or our contributors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawPledge, the Meowcoin Foundation, and contributors are not liable for any loss, damages, or unauthorized access to digital assets arising from the use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising from your use of PawPledge will be resolved through good-faith discussions and, if necessary, arbitration in a mutually agreed venue.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is posted at this URL. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
